1. Review and approve the un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. (Q3);
2. To take stock of the position of funds utilised and number of Equity Shares bought back under the ongoing Buyback program of the Company from the open market through the stock exchanges;
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from February 05, 2016 to February 13, 2016. |
