| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2015, to transact the following business:-
1. To take on record of Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 and to release the Audited Result to Press.
2. To consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, for the Financial Year 2014-2015.
With reference to the above mentioned, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 14, 2015 to May 25, 2015 for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and financial Year ended March 31, 2015.Therefore all the Designated Employees (including Directors ) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
The “Trading Window” shall remain open for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on May 26, 2015. |
