The Board of Directors have appointed Shri Apurva R. Shah as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from February 04, 2015. He is a Chartered Accountant in practice and has rich experience in the areas of Accountancy, Direct Taxation and Corporate Reorganization. His joining the Board as an Independent Director will be of immense benefit to the Company. |
