| Exchange Disseminated Time | Quadrant Televentures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, has approved the disinvestment of 100% stake i.e. 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, at par, in its wholly owned subsidiary Company - Infotel Tower Infrastructure Private Limited.
In terms of the provisions of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, M/s. Infotel Tower Infrastructure Private Limited, is NOT a material subsidiary of the Company on the basis of criteria of consolidated income and net worth of the Company.
M/s. Infotel Tower Infrastructure Private Limited has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015. |
