1. Mr. Dhananjay N. Mungale was appointed as additional Director as well as Independent Director with immediate effect. He was also inducted as member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Capital Issues and Allotment Committee w.e.f. August 03, 2012.
2. Mr. Sunil Deshmukh was inducted as Promoter Nominee Director effective from August 04, 2012. |
