| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ankit Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes in the directorship of the Company have taken place in the Board Meeting held on August 24, 2012:
1. Mr. Rohit Patni has resigned from the position of Joint Managing Director as well as from the Directorship of the Company with effect from August 24, 2012.
2. Mr. Sanjay Singh has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 24, 2012, subject to the approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sanjay Singh has been appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. August 24, 2012.
