| Exchange Disseminated Time | Swan Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
will be held on January 29, 2010, inter-alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2009.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors, in its above meeting, will also consider proposal to increase its Authorised Share Capital and to raise funds by further issue of securities in domestic / international markets through various instruments including Equity shares/warrants with non-convertible debentures under Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or Foreign currency convertible Bonds (FCCBs) or American Depository Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depository Receipts (GDRs). |
