| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Orient Press Ltd has informed BSE that the Company was required to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on or before September 30, 2006 for adoption of its Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006. However due to unavoidable reasons the Company was unable to hold the same within the prescribed time and therefore obtained extension of time in holding the same from The Registrar of Companies Maharashtra, upto December 30, 2006.
