With reference to our letter of September 1, 2017 intimating the Company's proposal to issue, Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Subordinated Debentures of face value Rs. 1 lakh each ('NCDs') under Disclosure Document for an aggregate sum of up to Rs. 1000 Crores, on a private placement basis, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that in terms of the Board authorization dated July 24, 2017, the Company has today i.e. on September 8, 2017, allotted 100,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Subordinated Debentures of face value Rs. 1 lakh each ('NCDs') aggregating to Rs.1000 Crores.
