1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To Terminate the appointment of Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited, as the Company Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA") and appoint the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for the Company.
3. To consider the various policies according to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Companies Act, 2013
Further in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, and designated personnel of the Company from May 20, 2016 till May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
