(CIL) under Reg.29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations,2011, that they have acquired 600000 (2.25%) equity shares of the Company on 24/03/2017 and 27/03/2017 and also 1018607 (3.83%)equity shares jointly with M/s.Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited (person acting in concert) on 29/03/2017 and 30/03/2017, from sales made by partnership firm in which M/s. CIL is a partner. (2) from M/s.CSP Investments (A partnership firm with - CIL, Sarda Agriculture & Properties Pvt.Ltd. and Prachi Agriculture & Properties Pvt.Ltd. as partners) under Reg.29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, that they have sold 870000 (3.27%)equity shares of the Company on various dates with last transaction on 29/03/2017 and 548607(2.06%) equity shares on 30/03/2017, a part of which was purchased by one of the partners of the Firm alongwith Person acting in concert. |
