| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 21, 2015, to consider, inter alia, the financial results of the Company for the Fourth quarter ended June 30, 2015 and Audited Financial Results for the entire financial year ended June 30, 2015.
Further informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from Tuesday, July 21, 2015 to Saturday, August 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and other Connected Persons.
This closure of Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on August 21, 2015 to consider, inter alia, the financial results of the Company for the Fourth quarter ended June 30, 2015 and Audited Financial Results for the entire financial year ended June 30, 2015. |
