| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/02/2017 12:09:41 | | Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 30, 2017 has, in consultation with Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Limited ('Kalindee'), fixed the record date as February 10, 2017, in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Kalindee and their respective shareholders and creditors, for determining the entitlement of the Equity Shareholders of Kalindee to receive 106 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each of the Company against every 100 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Kalindee held by them in Kalindee. |
