1. Consider and Approve the following Policies under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 under Regulations 9 & 30:
a. Policy on preservation of documents and
b. Policy on disclosure of material events or information.
Further, Pursuant to the requirement under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Key Managerial Personnel ("KMP") who have been authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company, for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information. |
