| Exchange Disseminated Time | Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and Annual Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of dividend, on Equity and Preference Shares, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2016 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in view of the declaration of the Audited Financial Results and recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)" (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code from May 02, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
