| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as at that date and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors.
2. Declaration of Dividend @ 50% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Sudarshan Varadaraj, Mr. Vijay Venkataswamy & Mr. S Jeyaraman as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Reddy, Goud and Janardhan, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Mr. Sumanth Ramamurthi as Managing Director of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions. |
