1. Adopted the draft "Uniform Listing Agreement" as per regulation 109 of the SEBI Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 read with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated October 13, 2015 and authorised to execute the same.
2. Approved the Letter of Offer with regard to proposed Right Issue of Equity Shares. |
