| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution passed on June 24, 2014, have given their consent, to postpone the date for holding the Annual General Meeting to August 05, 2014 at 3.00 p.m., at ISKCON's Auditorium, Hare Krishna Land, Next to Hare Krishna Temple, Juhu, Mumbai - 400049. Accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books closure period was also changed.
The details of the new approved dates are given below:

- Book Closure :- August 01, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (Both days inclusive) |
