| Exchange Received Time 16/08/2017 17:55:12 Exchange Disseminated Time 16/08/2017 17:55:22 Time Taken 00:00:10 | Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015, the financial results are required to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges within 45 days from the end of each quarter.
However, in order to facilitates smooth transition during the first year of Ins-AS Implementation,the SEBI vide its Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 has granted an extension of 1 month i.e. till 14.09.2017 for submitting the financial results for the Quarter ended 30.06.2017 to the listed entities.
Further, in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, Ins-AS is required to be implemented by our company for the financial year beginning 01.04.2017.
We would like inform you that in accordance with the extension granted by the said SEBI Circular, the Company proposes to convene and hold the meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2017 on or before 14.09.2017 by availing of the said extension. |
