| Exchange Disseminated Time | H.K. Trade International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the half year ended and year ended March 31, 2016.
The Board Meeting was held on May 04, 2016 to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2016 till Forty-Eight hours after the date of Board Meeting i.e. May 23, 2016, for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. |
