| Exchange Disseminated Time | Minda Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company, scheduled for May 24, 2014 could not be completed due to pending agenda for discussions. Therefore, it was decided to adjourn the meeting to May 27, 2014 at 4.30 p.m. at its Corporate Office at Village Nawada Fatehpur, P.O. Sikandarpur Badda, Near IMT Manesar, Gurgaon (Haryana).
Further, it is informed that at the adjourned meeting, the Board of Directors will consider/ approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend the payment of dividend for the financial year 2013-14.
Further, it is informed that the “Trading Window” for dealing in equity shares of the company shall continue to remain dosed for all the directors/ officers/ designated employees / promoters of the company till the closing of business hours of May 29, 2014 (earlier it was from May 17, 2014 to May 26, 2014 both days inclusive). |
