| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 24, 2013 regarding Allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:3 (1 share for every 3 share held) to the Public Shareholders, Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that:
- The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2013, has decided to allot Bonus Shares in the proportion of One (1) Equity Share for every three (3) existing Equity Share of the Company, to the members of the Company including Promoter and Promoter's Group whose name would appear in the Register of Members of the company as on the Record Date as decided by the Board of Directors of the Company. |
