1. To consider and approve unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016; and
2. To consider and declare the First Interim Dividend, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17, if any.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the “Trading Window” for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from August 02, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the directors and Key Managerial Personnel and other designated employees of the Company. |
