| Exchange Disseminated Time | Zenzy Technocrats Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. To decide on the limit of the borrowing powers of the Company, under provisions of Section 292 and 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. To decide on making a decision for giving the powers to the Board for carrying out the powers as detailed under Section 293(1)(a).
3. To decide on the new time frame of the Postal Ballot, that was earlier deferred by the Board vide Circular Resolution No. 1/2009. |
