1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.
2. To consider and approve appointment of Mr. Madhav Doshi, son of Managing Director of Mr. Ashok Doshi as Manager- Exports with effect from May 01, 2009 subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting pursuant to provisions of Section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956. |
