| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/10/2015 17:51:51 | With reference to the earlier communication dated September 22, 2015 regarding Update on divestment in Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX), Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has concluded the sale of 2.60% equity stake in IEX on fully diluted basis, with Aditya Birla Capital Advisors Private Limited (for and on behalf of Aditya Birla Trustee Company Private Limited, Trustees to the Aditya Birla Private Equity Fund I) and Aditya Birla Capital Advisors Private Limited (for and on behalf of Aditya Birla Trustee Company Private Limited, Trustees to the Aditya Birla Private Equity Sunrise Fund) and accordingly 7,88,544 equity shares has been transferred to the above two Purchasers from the Escrow Account with Axis Bank Ltd.
The Company will also adhere to the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the captioned subject matter. |
