| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Strips Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders unsecured creditors and secured creditors at their meeting held on April 25, 2003 approved the scheme of arrangement.
Earlier the High Court had convened a meeting of the shareholders and creditors on April 25, 2003 to approve the proposed Scheme of Restructuring vide which the entire stainless steel operations of the Company will be transferred to Jindal Stainless Ltd., and the Investments would remain in the Residual Jindal Strips Ltd.
