Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from January 18, 2014 (09:00 a.m.) and will re-open 24 hours after the results are made public on February 01, 2014, in accordance with the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
