| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2015 (Q3); and
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2015.
- Closure of trading window
In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insider (hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Conduct"), the trading window of the Company has been closed between December 21, 2015 and January 20, 2016 (both days inclusive) for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015.
The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code Conduct.
- Investors call
The Company will be holding investor/analyst calls on January 18, 2016. During such call the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2015. Details of the said calls will be published on the Company’s website (www.asianpaints.com) in due course. |
