| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Toolroom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 01, 2016, inter alia, to transact following business:
1. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
2. To Fix the record date to effect the Capital Reduction.
3. To authorise directors to issue equity shares to those shareholders whose name appears on the register of members as on the record date.
4. To execute a fresh listing agreement with Stock Exchange pursuant to SEBI Circular dated October 13, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from January 22, 2016 to February 03, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
