| Exchange Disseminated Time | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2012 have transacted the following business:
- Granted 2,50,000 stock options representing equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the price of Rs. 37/- per option, to the employee(s) of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 (ESOP-2007-2,00,000 Stock Options) and under Employee Stock Option Plan -2010 (EOP-2010 through trust route 50,000 Stock Options).
These stock options shall vest in the following manner.
- January 01, 2015 : 30%
- January 01, 2016 : 30%
- January 01, 2017 : 40% |
