1. Re - designation of Shri M. Raghuveer as Chairman and Managing Director
2. Reconstitution of Audit and other Committees inducting Shri M. Raghuveer as Member
3. Appointment of Shri M Kishan Rao as "Chairman Emeritus"
4. Appointment of Madam Kartekeya as Executive Director for a period of 5years w.e.f. November 11, 2016 on a remuneration of Rs. 5 lacs per month, subject to member's approval.
5. Appointment of Mr. Sanjay Baral as Director- Sales & Marketing w.e.f. November 11, 2016 whose office shall be on retirement by rotation, on a remuneration of Rs. 5 lacs per month, subject to members approval. |
