1. The Board approved the Audited Financial Results (stand-alone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017. Copy of the Audited Financial Results along with the Auditors Report and Form A is enclosed herewith.



2. The Board recommended the Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @ 15%) for the Financial Year 2016-17.



3. The Board approved allotment of 1,08,701 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,63,58,77,320 to Rs. 5,63,69,64,330.
