This is to inform you that the 211th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 2 November 2017 at 11.30 A.M inter-alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2017.
We further inform you that in terms of the Himadri's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and connected persons (including their immediate relatives) from 26 October 2017 to 4 November 2017 (both days inclusive).
The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Unaudited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
