1. To approve the Un Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
2. To Review the operations of the Company.
3. To Amend the Articles of Association in line with the Companies Act, 2013.
4. To approve the notice for Postal Ballot under Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
Further, the trading window for Directors/Officers/Designated employees covered under Gayatri Projects Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading will be closed from February 12, 2015 to February 16, 2015. |
