| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 12, 2015 to January 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014. Therefore, all the Designed Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
The 'Trading window’ shall reopen for dealing in securities in the Equity shares of the Company from the start of the business hours on January 23, 2015. |
