| Exchange Disseminated Time | State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi Vide its order dated August 25, 2011 has appointed the following persons as part time non-official Directors on the Board of State Trading Corporation of India Ltd. for a period of three years from the date of joining the Board of STC or until further orders, whichever is earlier:
1. Shri S. C. Tripathi, Former Secretary to the Govt. of India, and
2. Shri Udai N. Abhyankar, Former IFS Officer
Board of Directors of The State Trading Corporation of India Ltd. in their meeting held on September 29, 2011 has confirmed the above mentioned appointments. |
