Further, pursuant to Regulation 12(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from November 03, 2015 till the expiry of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results. |
