1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2014.
2. To recommend the Dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.
3. To fix the date of Book Closure for Dividend purposes.
4. To fix the date of 56th Annual General Meeting and to consider and approve the draft Notice of Annual General Meeting.
5. To consider and approve the draft Director’s Report, Report on Corporate Governance, Management Discussion and Analysis Report etc.
