| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window Disclosures by Companies and taking into consideration the upcoming financial year closure activities, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from March 19, 2015 till the declaration of Annual Financial Results for the FY 2014-15 of the Company. The details of the date of the Board meeting and opening of the trading window shall be intimated in due course.
The same has been informed to the Directors, persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated employees of the Company. |
