| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cinemax Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the following resolution by Circulation passed on January 19, 2013:
1. Change in name of the Company from “Cinemax Properties Ltd” to “Cineline India Ltd”, and consequently the new name "Cineline India Ltd." shall appear in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals from the members of the Company through Postal Ballot and compliances with related formalities.
2. Appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Zaveri, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer.
3. Notice of Postal Ballot, Explanatory Statement and Form of Postal Ballot.
