1.Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sanghvi Movers Limited will be held on Wednesday, 09 August 2017, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2017. We are arranging to issue a public notice regarding the same.
2.The 28th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 09 day of August 2017, at the registered office of the Company. In accordance with the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 26 day of July 2017 to Wednesday, 09 day of August 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend of the financial year ended on 31 March 2017. Please note that we have already informed the stock exchanges about the date of Annual General Meeting and book closure vide our letter no.: REF: SML/SEC/SE/17-18/11 dated 30th May 2017.
Trading Window:
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 24 July 2017 to Friday, 11 August 2017 (both days inclusive).
The Company has already communicated about the closure of trading window to its Promoters, Board of Directors, Designated Employees and Connected Persons.
