| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 10, 2013 regarding Financial Results for June 30, 2013, PNB Gilts Ltd has now informed BSE that inadvertently the quarter ended date in column no. 3 of page no. 1 of financial results has been mentioned as "June 30, 2013", which may please be read as "June 30, 2012". Also, at same page, the "Profit / (Loss) from ordinary activities before finance costs & Exceptional items (3 - 4)" in column no. 2 at SI. No. 5, the figure of "Rs. 6777.54 lacs" may please be read as "Rs. 6777.64 lacs".
In this regard the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Financial Results for June 30, 2013 with above changes. |
