Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Company has fixed August 08, 2014, as Cut-off Date for the purpose of sending Notice for 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company and for entitling the Shareholders to cast their vote in respect of business to be transacted as at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
