| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from 4 pm on August 01, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the quarterly financial results are made public on August 11, 2014. |
