Further, as per the provisions the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be been closed from May 20, 2016 to May 30, 2016 both days inclusive and will open on May 31, 2016 for insiders accordingly. |
