| Exchange Disseminated Time | MT Educare Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company closed for all the designated Employees and Directors of the Company from January 07, 2015 till 24 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter / nine months period ended on December 31, 2014 to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all the designed Employees and Directors of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Company's securities during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course. |
