| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/08/2016 11:20:26 | Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have executed Memorandum of Agreement dated July 27, 2016 between M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited (‘Link’) (new RTA) and the Company.
SEBI as per Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 requires the Company to enter into Tripartite Agreement between existing Registrar & Transfer Agents (‘RTA’) and new RTA on change / appointment of new RTA, however the Company have appointed Link as new RTA as per SEBI Order but are unable to execute the Tripartite Agreement between Link, the Company and M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (‘Sharepro’) (old RTA) as there is no authorised person to sign this Agreement on behalf of Sharepro. |
