3. To fix the Book closure date for the purpose of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company;
4. To decide date, time and venue of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
5. To consider and approve the notice of 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be sent to the members of the Company;
6. To appoint the Scrutinizer for the purpose of E-voting. |
