| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received letter from State Bank of India, Industrial Finance Branch, Hyderabad, intimating the resignation of Mr. Sundaram Srinivas Ranjan, Nominee Director of the Company. Mr. Ranjan was nominated by the State Bank in the year 2013 to act as Nominee Director on behalf of consortium of lenders of the Company.
Further, the Bank informed that they will nominate new director shortly on the Board of the Company. |
